I have a new recipe this one is a great health type of cookie. It only make 24 cookies so you may want to double the recipe if you love cookies like me.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
In a mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup butter, 2/3 cup sugar and 1 egg. Dump in 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Blend these in with the rest of the ingredients. Add 1 cup of quick cook oatmeal and 1/2 cup dried cranberries.

Drop spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown on the bottom
Let cool and eat.

They did not last long in our house. I got this recipe form a web site call What for Dinner. I was trying to find something different to make.

If you need a great small cookies sheet try this one. I have one and use it often and I make the pumkin jelly rolls with it.

I made this recipe last night and it turned out pretty good. Everyone that was here said they would have it again. This recipe has no name as it is just something I threw together. I have been getting kind of tired of the same old thing. I felt that it was time to try something new

In the bottom of a casserole dish I place 4 chicken cutlets.( That is I just took two boneless chicken breast and split them to make 4 ) Then in a small bowl I put in one can of condensed cream of mushroom soup. (brand of your choice) 1/2 cup of milk and a Tablespoon of crushed garlic. ( use less garlic if you want too)
I mixed this together and placed it over the chicken. I had a bag of frozen broccoli spear and placed them on the top on the sauce. Bake this until the chicken is done. I boiled some pasta. Place the pasta on a plate and the chicken and broccoli sauce over the top of the pasta and serve.

I think I will call this recipe Chicken with Mushroom sauce. Also I think this would be good if I add some extra mushrooms and I think instead of broccoli and may try green beans. P.S I do use a lot of garlic. My family loves
